Job description
We are looking for experienced and talented receptionists. You must be available for the foreseeable future to cover any sickness and absence leave. The Receptionist is responsible for the quality of the service provided, ensuring that they create a positive impression of all organisations. They are required to prioritise their own day to day work and will refer complex problems or queries to their Line Manager or appropriate colleague. SMART OFFICE WEAR IS REQUIRED. Daily duties include: Building Management responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors, clients and personnel Organising parking spaces Sending all visitors to the correct floors Ensure the desk runs smoothly Emailing Telephone usage Reporting any faults to the Client and necessary personnel Liaising with the client and onsite security Daily admin as and when requested to do so Daily building checks to ensure health and safety is adhered too Efficient communication and administration skills Plus any other business the arises throughout the day Individual requirements: Professionalism Presentation Confident Attention to detail Computer literate Good written English as well as spoken Good in a stressful situation Calm in adversity
