Scan in at start of your shift, only after you are fully changed and ready to work. Scan out of your shift, as soon as you finish working and before you collect your belongings. Fraudulent scan times will be adjusted to reflect actual work hours. Your chef uniform (whites and trousers) must be clean and ironed, and safety shoes worn at all times—no exceptions.
