A high level of waiting/event service standard required - Experience in food & beverage service in a 5-star setting - Ability to carry and serve 3 plates at a time - Confident pouring wine and champagne - Work within a team to provide excellent service to our guests - Accept and carry out duties as supplied by supervisor/manager - Order taking - Carrying multiple drinks on trays - Serving & Clearing If you please arrive 10 mins before the start of the shift.
