This is a full-time position; we are not considering part-time candidates at this time. **Please note that dates and times of all shifts are subject to change. Your full time rota will be provided upon successful completion of the interview.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and supervise a team of 5-6 room attendants and porters - Conduct inspections of guest bedrooms and areas for cleanliness and tidiness - Check 80-100 rooms daily, managing 2-3 floors effectively - Follow up on guest requests, restock supplies, and perform light inspections - Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the - Manage minor administrative tasks; minimal paperwork required **Required Skills and Qualities:** - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to meet daily cleaning targets efficiently - Reliable work ethic and a positive attitude - Physical fitness is essential for the role.
