PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL TIME TEMP POSTION (40 HOURS PER WEEK) AND THE ROTA WILL BE BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS AND WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS. The role: • Work Tuesday - Saturday to be a key member of our team, providing to our clients and users over the weekend • First point of contact for incoming queries via phone and email • Management of our engagement tool • Using the platform to ensure the best coverage possible of our clients’ posted jobs • Assisting with the delivery of large staffing requests from major clients • Gathering feedback from our users on optimisations and improvements we can make to our platform and service • Onboarding of new users to and assistance in the growth of our worker pool • Review worker profiles and past experience and assign them to work assignments Candidate profile: • Previous Service experience in a technology-led business • Friendly and helpful person, with excellent interpersonal skills • Proactive and dedicated individual • Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) • -oriented individual • Excellent organisation skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Ability to receive and implement feedback What’s in it for you? • Be part of a great team • Your opinion matters: You can improve product, processes, and tools at • You are changing the way the world works by digitally disrupting the traditional staffing industry • Competitive salary plus annual bonus
