Job description
- Providing first class customer service, meeting and greeting our clients on the . - Serving clients food and drinks on the bus, maintaining food hygiene standards. - Setting up and cleaning the bus and equipment to the highest standard to ensure the customers are happy. - Refilling fridges after all shifts for the following day . - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Provide excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere for guests. -Ensuring that food hygiene standards are met at all times. -Ad Hoc tasks as given by Afternoon Tea Supervisor & Management.- Ensuring that food hygiene standards are met at all times. - Ad Hoc tasks as given by Afternoon Tea Supervisor & Management.
