A Receptionist is someone who: • Is proactive and curious • Is creative and resourceful in finding solutions and answers • Can multi-task and juggle a few things at once • Is a natural communicator • Gets a buzz from making taking care of people and services • Is confident with technology • Has excellent attention to detail and personal presentation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities You will be a key cog in managing the welcome experience at working within a stunning, fast paced, professional environment. Your duties will include: • Being the professional and vibrant ambassador for all customers, those who work there, those who pop-in, and those on the end of a phone or email. • Ensuring a smooth and seamless arrival for all visitors. • Ensuring the client areas are always perfectly presented.
