Job description

Role Overview: We are seeking a professional and organised Temporary Office Receptionist to support our busy office. The role will involve managing front-of-house duties, handling calls and enquiries, and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities: -Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members. -Provide initial information to callers regarding property details where appropriate. -Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed on promptly. -Welcome visitors to the office and ensure they are attended to professionally. -Assist with general office administration, including: -Formatting and preparing reports. -Filing and maintaining organised records. -Managing office key controls. -Support colleagues across departments with ad hoc administrative tasks. - Social Media Management Skills & Experience Required: -Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role desirable but not essential. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. -A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
