Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at an exciting and innovative restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will have opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity while working alongside a talented and dedicated team. Small menu, easy plating and good presentation of dish. You will be required to help Head Chef to run service (very small menu, tapas style) and helping him for a small canapé party. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation - Ensuring quality and presentation of dishes are consistently maintained - Managing food costs and inventory - Adhering to all safety and hygiene standards - Collaborating with rest of team, including front of house Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role - Good knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills If you are a talented and motivated individual with a passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.
