Job description

Supervisors manage the venue team members to deliver excellent customer service in a safe and welcoming environment and being the Venue operations senior member of staff. You will be responsible for managing the outlets and ensuring all relevant food, hygiene, equipment, and safety procedures are followed. You will help with staff training, prepare weekly work rotas, ordering and ensure that procedures for handling stock, money, equipment, and the responsible sale of alcohol are followed.
