Join our team as a Chef De Partie and embark on an exciting culinary journey aboard our boats cruising the picturesque River Thames. You'll work with a Michelin-starred chef to prepare outstanding dining experiences for evening dinner , afternoon teas, and private charters. No Late Nights: Finish no later than 8:30 PM No Service Stress: No traditional service rush periods Overtime Opportunities: Increase your average earnings Career Growth: Realistic development and promotion prospects REQUIREMENTS:  Proven experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard, preferably in a professional kitchen environment.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.  A creative flair and a keen eye for detail, dedicated to delivering culinary perfection.  A commitment to food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  A genuine love for food and a desire to continually push the boundaries of culinary excellence.
