Key Responsibilities Cleaning Duties: primary role of a Kitchen Porter includes washing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, as well as cleaning kitchen surfaces and floors to maintain hygiene standards. Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or preparing ingredients for cooking. Supporting Chefs: Ensuring that chefs have necessary tools and ingredients readily available during service.
