This figure includes wage, national insurance, pension contributions, holiday pay, apprenticeship levy and our fee. You only post the job if you agree with the cost estimate.

The services included in our fee

Publish job advertisements 24/7 at no charge to our pool of more than 400,000 registered workers. Match your job with the most suitable candidates to notify them directly. Review all applicants in a simple interface, via our online platform or Coople for Business App, on iOS or Android. Manage all legal administration (incl. hiring contracts).

Right to work checks, verified job experience and ratings. Quality checks and enhanced vetting (if required). Payroll, wage payments, pay checks and payment of national insurance contribution. Workforce planning, absence management and sick pay. Hiring via Coople is not affected by IR35 regulations.

We provide best-in–class technology via our Coople for Business App and our real-time matching algorithm. We support you in finding replacements in case of a rare no-show. Talk to us if you have specific training requirements. We minimise your employer branding risk (Coople takes care of applicant rejections etc.).
