How do Coople payments work?

You can also see an overview of all your important payment information on your payslip, which we send every Wednesday. You can find all your payslips in your profile, via the Coople Jobs App.

Set up your profile

It’s important that your profile is correctly set up so we can pay you on time. To prevent late payments, make sure to add your bank details and National Insurance number within our secure Jobs App.

Coople Payslip

Your payslip contains details like total weekly payments, your holiday pay and pension contributions. As your legal employer, we take care of your income tax and National Insurance contributions so that you don’t have to.

When will you get paid

We consider a working week to run from Monday to Sunday. This means that if you work at any point during our working week, you will receive your pay two weeks later, on Friday. Here’s a closer look so it’s easy to understand.

How to submit your hours

It’s important to check in and check out of every Coople shift so that we can pay you correctly for your completed hours. Each hiring company decides how you can confirm your hours, so be sure to ask your supervisor how you can do this before you start your shift.
